the world. Bob Nathan is part of an elite group recognized for exceptional performance,

A Scottsdale resident since 1978 and graduate of Arizona State University, Bob has built a highly
respected career rooted in deep local knowledge, integrity, and a passion for lifestyle-driven real
estate. He began his journey in real estate at Nathan & Associates, a successful land brokerage
firm founded by his brother Nate. He later served as Designated Broker for DMB Realty, where
he led the custom homesite sales program at DC Ranch and oversaw the successful sale of more
than 250 premier lots.
Having lived in 8 homes and built 5 custom residences within DC Ranch, Bob brings a builder’s
mindset and insider expertise to every transaction. His success and passion for luxury living have
made him a trusted advisor and golf community specialist.

With roots in New Jersey and a successful career in the fashion industry in New York City, Myra Diaz Nathan brings a unique blend of business savvy, creativity, and client-centered service to her real estate career. After building and running a thriving clothing manufacturing business, Myra transitioned into real estate—where her entrepreneurial drive and sharp eye for quality continue to serve her clients well.
A Scottsdale resident for over 27 years, Myra offers deep local expertise, especially in the Northeast communities of DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Grayhawk, and Terravita, where she has personally experienced the lifestyle, golf, and amenities these areas offer. 
Her warmth, compassion, and outstanding people skills—combined with extensive market knowledge—make her a trusted partner in every transaction. For the past 11 years, she has been a key member of the Bob Nathan Team, fully embracing every aspect of the profession.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Myra is proud to support and connect with a diverse range of clients.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Myra golfing, hiking the trails of North Scottsdale, at Pilates, swimming—or simply relaxing with her husband and their beloved Chocolate Lab, Bodey. A true Wonder Woman in every sense.
Diana Peters is a Scottsdale native. Born and raised in the valley makes it easy to sell what she knows and loves. Her real estate career started with DMB Realty in 2000 in DC Ranch working with Bob Nathan as his Assistant and Closing Coordinator. In 2004 she joined Bob with his own brokerage with RH Nathan & Company and has shared the success with him and the team since. Diana created a successful clientele in real estate throughout the East valley with her continued dedication of experience, honest and trust
that has built her reputation in the area. She is a true believer that her success is built on: "not only how much you know but how much you care about your clients". Diana is a supporter of charity work through St. Vincent de Paul and giving back to her community through various charities. In her spare time Diana and her husband Don spend time sharing their children, DJ & Danes passion with baseball and horses. She also enjoys gardening, music and vacationing to the ocean.
Shannon was born in Texas, but her family moved to the Phoenix area when she was just 5. Having grown up in Arizona, Shannon's education started in the Scottsdale School district and was completed at Arizona State University with double degrees in Psychology and Justice Studies. Her real estate career began in 2004 but had been nurtured for years by her mother who is a well-established producer in the Valley of the Sun. Shannon obtained her Arizona Brokers license in 2009. 
 
The balance of Shannon's real estate career has been spent focusing on North East Scottsdale, Cave Creek and North Phoenix. Many years were also spent in new home sales giving her a broad spectrum of experience. Shannon joined Engel & Voelkers family to broaden her exposure through the significant National and International exposure the Company provides. Her knowledge and expertise is a wonderful compliment to the Luxury Brand. 

Shannon lives in the center of Scottsdale and raises her family there. Landon (husband) is a PGA professional and runs his own company, Scottsdale Golf Exchange, is a Titleist Fitting Rep, and golf instructor at Verde River Golf & Social Club. An accomplished dancer, Shannon has had the opportunity of performing in two Superbowl halftime events, competed in regional and national dance competitions and high school pom events, and has taught dance to her 3 daughters and others. When not working or dancing you will find Shannon running, hiking, doing pilates, and being Super Mom to
her darling daughters.
Kelly was born and raised in Scottsdale. Having grown up in Arizona, Kelly completed her education at Arizona State University. Her real estate career began in 2010 but had been a passion of hers for years. As an Arizona native, Kelly has knowledge of the state and the real estate market that makes the Valley of the Sun so unique. She brought her neighborhood expertise to Engel & Voelkers in 2015 and loves being part of the team.
Kelly loves spending time with her family and coaching softball. When not attending one of her kids sporting events, she loves to run and hike one of the many trails the valley has to offer. She's an avid sports fan and loves going to Suns and Diamondbacks games.

Pam Myerson brings to Engel & Völkers 3+ decades of advising the leadership of
major firms. As a Founder/CEO of a well-respected global executive search firm,
she has actively assisted major hedge funds, family offices, asset managers,
banks, and broadcast media clients in recruiting top senior and board-level
executives.

Pam brings to her real estate practice the importance of partnering with clients,
understanding their goals, confidentiality, staying on top of market data trends,
and producing successful results. As a consummate problem solver, these skills
translate into the highest level of client servicing and a positive outcome for
Engel & Völkers sellers and buyers.

Pam has always been passionate about luxury real estate. She chose Engel &
Völkers due to the firm’s outstanding global reputation in luxury, professionalism,
and steadfast commitment to client satisfaction.
Her family and pets fell in love with the Scottsdale area. In 2020, they purchased
a special home in Silverleaf, a subdivision of DC Ranch.

Pam is an avid supporter of numerous charities. She has a strong interest in
animal care/rescue and proudly serves on the development board of Paws
Chicago, a nationally acclaimed no-kill pet rescue. Previously, she served on the
Purple Tie committee of the Wings program and Brookfield Zoo Women’s board.
Originally from Chicago, Pam enjoys long hikes, spending time with friends and
family, singing, working out, wine collecting, fine dining, and vacation adventures.
